Indiquei o salão para minha namorada que estava esperando 3 meses por um corte de cabelo BEM ESPECÍFICO.
Como EU já tinha conhecimento que a dona e o seu namorado eram ótimos cabeleiros, indiquei o mesmo para ela.
Chegando no salão minha namorada mostrou a foto do corte que queria para um rapaz dos olhos claros, branco e alto.
Infelizmente o rapaz fez um corte TOTALMENTE contrário do que ela gostaria e sem nem ao menos explicar o porquê.
Quando um cabeleireiro não pode fazer o pedido de um cliente ser realizado, NO MÍNIMO ELE DEVE AVISAR ANTES de fazer algo que NÃO FOI PEDIDO.

O salão entrou em contato com a gente, a Letícia fez um novo corte e ficou maravilhoso, assim como também aproveitei e renovei meu cabelo. Super indico e recomendo, peço desculpas ao Michel, as vezes acontece de não sair tudo como esperamos.
Ameeei o atendimento.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
I recommended the salon to my girlfriend who was waiting 3 months for a VERY SPECIFIC haircut.
As I already knew that the owner and her boyfriend were great hairdressers, I indicated the same for her.
Arriving at the salon, my girlfriend showed the photo of the cut she wanted for a tall, white-eyed boy.
Unfortunately the boy made a cut that was COMPLETELY contrary to what she would have liked and without even explaining why.
When a hairdresser cannot place a client's order, AT LEAST THEY MUST NOTIFY IT BEFORE doing something that WAS NOT ORDERED.

The salon contacted us, Letícia made a new cut and it was wonderful, as well as I took advantage of and renewed my hair. I highly recommend and recommend, I apologize to Michel, sometimes it happens that everything doesn't turn out as expected.
I threatened the service.
