★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo amor de Deus, caiam fora. Caí 300 vezes por dia, os fins de semana eles limitam a banda, cara e não entregam o contratado. Péssima. Complicado é que a concorrente Conect é ruim também, só não é tão ruim. Enfim é trocar seis por meia dúzia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enganação pagamento por boleto, ainda mais qdo é atraso paga hj e vc só terá internet no outro dia. Pode isso??? Quem entende de direto ...isso é correto. Em tempos de pandemia o formato on LINE é a pior opção. O pior de tudo que eles não informaçãoesse prazo de 24 h p liberar.

Minha sogra é a titular e acompanhei no atendimento presencial, aí veio o filme de terror. Um funcionário de atendimento do suporte, xxxson/Jackxxx falou para uma senhora de 76 anos que ela estava procurando motim para ser atendida antes. Uma pessoa dessa não tem o mínimo de respeito por ninguém. Fiz questão de perguntar o nome dele para registrar uma reclamação e com orgulho ele me respondeu. Como se o que ele estava fazendo fosse digno de premiação. Revejam antes de contratar essa empresa. Estamos indo pro concorrente.
