não esta bom, ta horrivel, agora no caso do atendimento, as equipe tanto de campo e de escritório são anteciosos com cliente, ( agora na parte da internet, não e estavel. )
 in the beginning, mob internet was pretty good now, belt a lot,
it is not good, so horrible, now in the case of the service, both field and office staff are preoccupied with customer, (now on the internet, not stable.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não presta, eu tenho um pacote com essa operadora de 300 megas e não chaga a 10%... ligo pra tentar resolver, e não é resolvido nada, mandão um técnico na sua casa e ele passa 3 horas la sem fazer nada, pq não consegui resolver com a central.... lixo... vendem um produto e não honram com o compromisso com o consumidor.
it sucks, I have a package with this operator of 300 megs and it doesn't reach 10% ... I call to try to solve it, and nothing is solved, send a technician to his house and he spends 3 hours there doing nothing, because I couldn't solve it with the central ... garbage ... they sell a product and don't honor their commitment to the consumer.

Tenho pacote de 50 megas todo dia vive caindo não chega vir nem 1 mega de download cansei de ligar nunca mandam um técnico vir olhar oque ta acontecendo não respondem as mensagens. Ficam te enrolando no telefone mais de uma hora e não resolvem nada. Só esperando fechar um ano e estou indo cancelar!!!
Does not deliver what it promises! I have a pack of 50 megs every day, always falling, not even 1 mega download is enough to call, never send a technician to come and see what’s going on, they don’t respond to messages. They keep you on the phone for over an hour and don't solve anything. Just waiting to close a year and I'm going to cancel !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior internet que possa existir, não recomendo nunca pra ninguém, e já aviso quem for contratar alguma empresa de internet passar bem longe da mob essa e ruim no atendimento, roteadores tudo sucateados quando precisa trocar colocam mil dificuldades ou seja pago para não usar falta de respeito com os consumidores, estou com todos os protocolos de atendimentos que não são poucos e meu problema não foi resolvido, vou entrar com uma ação na justiça ai ver como vai ficar MOB.
The worst internet that can exist, I never recommend it to anyone, and I already warn anyone who is going to hire an internet company to pass away from the mob and this is bad in service, routers all scrapped when they need to change pose a thousand difficulties or get paid not to use foul of respect for consumers, I have all the service protocols that are not few and my problem has not been solved, I will file a lawsuit there to see how MOB will be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se este canal é avaliado pela empresa ou se está aqui só para enfeite mas vou desabafar assim mesmo. Nos primeiros meses de contrato minha internet ate funcionou legal, mas a dois meses estou enfrentando problemas com a MOBI. Entre o final de fevereiro e início de Março fiquei 12 dias sem internet e só descontaram 13 reais na minha conta seguinte depois de muita confusão. Agora novamente desde o dia 28/03 que o sinal aparece( conectada, sem internet) já procurei canais por telefone, já fomos no escritório de Quixadá por duas vezes e nada foi feito. Primeiro pediram 24 horas pra resolver e até hoje, dia 03/04/2019 mesmo nós temos voltado lá, nada foi resolvido e sequer um técnico veio a nossa casa verificar a situação.
Isso demonstra no mínimo uma tremenda falta de respeito com os clientes.
I do not know if this channel is evaluated by the company or if it is here just to decorate but I will vent anyway. In the first months of the contract, my internet worked fine, but two months ago I'm having problems with MOBI. Between the end of February and the beginning of March I stayed for 12 days without internet and only cashed 13 reais into my next account after much confusion. Now again from the 03/28 that the signal appears (connected, without internet) I already looked for channels by phone, we already went in the office of Quixadá twice and nothing was done. First they asked 24 hours to solve and until today, 03/04/2019 even we got back there, nothing was solved and even a technician came to our house to verify the situation.
This demonstrates at least a tremendous lack of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível! contratei o pacote de 50mb e não chega nem 1 sequer. como se a gente tivesse dinheiro pra gastar atoa. já pedi suporte técnico várias vezes e nada! é complicado ter que ficar o tempo todo abaixo do roteador pq se sair de lá não carrega nem um vídeo.
horrible! I hired the 50mb package and is not even one at all. as if we had money to spend for nothing. I've asked for technical support several times and nothing! is complicated having to stand all the time below coz router is out there does not load or a video.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim sem interesse em ajudar o cliente. Ao ir no estabelecimento a atendente me deu o telefone que estava em cima da sua mesa e eu tive que ligar pra resolver . o que eu teria feito em casa. Ela ficou olhando o celular dela mesmo.
Bad service with no interest in helping the customer. When I went to the establishment, the attendant gave me the phone that was on her desk and I had to call to solve it. what I would have done at home. She kept looking at her cell phone.
