★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estou dando uma estrela apenas porque tenho que comentar a respeito de minha experiência com a empresa. Um desrespeito total com o consumidor. A empresa foi vendida e isso nem foi comunicado. O valor também foi aumentado em 15 reais e o vencimento do boleto muda de prazo todo mês. Em janeiro era dia 17, fevereiro dia 15, e agora em março dia 6. Quando liga para o número fornecido pela empresa há uma espera de pelo menos uma hora para ser atendido e ainda tenho que ficar explicando a mesma história para diversos operadores, e meu problema sequer chegou a ser resolvido. Essa será a última mensalidade que pagarei, pois vou cancelar o serviço.
Terrible attendance. I'm only giving one star because I have to comment on my experience with the company. A total disregard for the consumer. The company was sold and this was not even communicated. The amount was also increased by 15 reais and the billing period changes every month. In January it was the 17th, February the 15th, and now in March the 6th. When I call the number provided by the company, there is a wait of at least an hour to be answered and I still have to explain the same story to several operators, and My problem was not even resolved. This will be the last monthly fee I will pay, as I will cancel the service.
