★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irei relatar um problema referente a região de Diadema, comuniquei a prestadora relatando um problema que houve, e fiquei sem Internet repentinamente, o assistente mandou desligar o modem feito o procedimento ele falou para continuar fazendo isso até que chegasse a Internet, ou seja falta de preparo, enviei uma foto do modem com isso no dia seguinte ele resolveu abrir um chamado, afirmando que um técnico iria resolver estou sem Internet até o momento ! Não recomendo a ninguém obg! Obs( irei fazer um mês ainda)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24/ 03 Sem internet, sem contato com a empresa via fone ou whats, precisando trabalhar porque estou em homeoffice, fico sem trabalhar e ainda tiver que por internet do meu bolso pra poder comunicar a empresa que estava sem internet. Se atrasamos 1 dia pagamos juros, ou ficamos sem internet, e como fica quando perdemos o dia de trabalho, quem vai arcar com meu prejuízo.
Tudo se repete, sempre a mesma desculpa, suporte 0 pessimo!

I didn't have a good experience with this company, I subscribed to the tv but the internet just goes down worse than I paid 100 reais to have 200gb not even 5gb.pessimo.

Infelizmente, o serviço vem apresentando instabilidade, com frequência, isso quando ficamos horas e horas, chega período de 24 horas sem conexão. O motivo é sempre o mesmo ( Cabeamentos furtados, ausentes ) E com isso fico lesada em não poder desenvolver o meu trabalho. - Porquê não trocou de operadora ? Pois, é a única que está disponível no meu bairro... Até o prezado momento.
O atendimento ao cliente e suporte técnico é impecáveis... Mas, poderiam melhorar com mais segurança e sutileza os serviços prestados. Então, sim, estariam proporcionando uma experiência agradável ao cliente.
