★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deram o prazo de uma semana, acabou que o "fornecedor" deles não tinha a bateria do meu celular e fiquei mais de um mes esperando. No final eles não consertaram nada do meu celular e pediram para retirar o aparelho quebrado. Não recomendo pra ninguém, esse estabelecimento merece FALIR.
They gave a period of one week, it turned out that their "supplier" did not have my cell phone battery and I was waiting for more than a month. In the end they didn't fix anything on my cell phone and asked to remove the broken device. I don't recommend it to anyone, this establishment deserves to FAIL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta loja...deixei meu celular no sabado dia 03/11 para retirar dia 07/11 liguei e disseram que atrasou a entrega da peça, hj dia 12/11 liguei e falaram que nao encontraram a peça. É um descaso total...cada hora uma atendente fala uma coisa.Péssimo atendimento.
I do not recommend this store ... I left my cell phone on Saturday 03/11 to withdraw on 07/11 I called and said they delayed the delivery of the piece, today 11/11 I called and said they did not find the piece. It is a total neglect ... every hour an attendant says one thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informaram me se eu encomendasse a bateria de celular que eu precisava na quinta-feira chegaria no sábado. Sai de Louveira e fui até a loja encomendar. Não chegou no sábado, não ligaram para avisar e na semana seguinte não sabiam quando teriam a bateria. Pouco compromisso com o cliente. Não recomendo está loja.
They informed me if I ordered the cell phone battery I needed on Thursday it would arrive on Saturday. I left Louveira and went to the store to order. It didn't arrive on Saturday, they didn't call to let me know and the next week they didn't know when they would have the battery. Little commitment to the customer. I don't recommend this store.
