★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegaram meu papel da garantia - ainda no prazo e não me devolveram não percebi em imediato quando ocorreu, se algo acontecer a única prejudicada sou eu, pq não tenho mais como comprovar. E uma sugestão coloque outra pessoa para atender no balcão pq o rapaz - Vi alguma coisa seu nome, é péssimo, o que trás aínda uma maior imagem má da loja.
 They took my guarantee paper - still on time and did not return it to me, I didn't immediately notice when it happened, if something happens, the only one affected is me, because I can't prove it anymore. And a suggestion put someone else on the counter because the guy - I saw something about your name, it sucks, which still brings a bigger bad image of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os rapazes são educados porém já levei meu celular aí 5 vezes trocaram a tela 2 vezes esta dando problema novamente e o técnico afirma que não tem problema algum, não recomendo
The guys are polite but I've already taken my cell phone there 5 times they changed the screen 2 times it's giving a problem again and the technician says there's no problem at all, I don't recommend

Fui bem atendida nas primeiras vezes que fui até a loja. Porém, recentemente precisei acionar a garantia após a troca de tela do meu celular, pois ela estava solta na lateral.
Levei o aparelho para a assistência DENTRO DO PRAZO previsto e SEM NENHUM SINAL DE QUEDA (sem nenhum arranhão ou parte quebrada). Mesmo assim, o atendente (Juliano) relutou muito em realizar o serviço. Por fim, ele concordou em fazer o reparo da tela.
Abriu o meu celular em 2 minutos, encheu de cola me entregou o aparelho com a cola ainda molhada e cheio de elásticos para segurar a tela, (com a cola vazando nas laterais). Além disso, não me deu nenhuma orientação sobre o tempo de secagem da cola ou algo do tipo.
Agora, cerca de 3 horas após o ''reparo'', a tela já está soltando novamente e o celular está cheio de resquícios de cola.
Infelizmente, o meu aparelho saiu pior do que quando chegou.
Disappointed with the service.
I was well attended the first few times I went to the store. However, I recently needed to activate the warranty after changing the screen on my cell phone, as it was loose on the side.
I took the device to the service WITHIN THE ALLOWED DEADLINE and WITHOUT ANY SIGNALS OF FALL (without any scratches or broken parts). Even so, the attendant (Juliano) was very reluctant to perform the service. Finally, he agreed to repair the screen.
Opened my cell phone in 2 minutes, filled with glue, handed me the device with the glue still wet and full of rubber bands to hold the screen, (with the glue leaking on the sides). Also, he didn't give me any guidance on how long the glue would dry or anything like that.
Now, about 3 hours after the ''repair'', the screen is already dropping again and the phone is full of glue residues.
Unfortunately, my device turned out worse than when it arrived.
