★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Cuidado qdo forem alugar. Não fui a primeira a ter problemas c essa imobiliária. Aluguei um apto c a mocambo no período de construção da minha casa aqui em Itatiba. Ao término do contrato queriam cobrar por coisas absurdas, exemplo: chaves que n recebi, conserto desnecessário, limpeza de armários e do apartamento mesmo estando faxinado. Por não ter solicitado o serviço q a imobiliária oferece queriam me cobrar novamente pintura do imóvel. Qdo me mudei tinham vários problemas de hidráulica q eu mesma tive q solucionar, vazamentos, reparo de descarga, etc. Portanto após 18 meses qdo sai deixei tudo em ordem e mesmo assim me cobraram por supostos consertos . Tenho imóveis alugados em SP, que são bem administrados não prejudicando nem locador nem locatário. E conhecendo melhor Itatiba agora, encontrei ótimas imobiliárias, portanto fuja de confusão. Fica o alerta.
Terrible. Be careful when renting. I wasn't the first to have problems with this real estate company. I rented an apartment with a mocambo during the construction period of my house here in Itatiba. At the end of the contract, they wanted to charge for absurd things, for example: keys I didn't receive, unnecessary repairs, cleaning closets and the apartment even though it was cleaned. For not having requested the service that the real estate agency offers, they wanted to charge me for painting the property again. When I moved there were several hydraulic problems that I had to solve myself, leaks, drain repair, etc. So after 18 months when I left I left everything in order and even so they charged me for supposed repairs. I have rented properties in SP, which are well managed, not harming either the lessor or the lessee. And getting to know Itatiba better now, I found great real estate agencies, so get away from the confusion. Stay alert.

O que mais achei incrível foi o atendimento totalmente on-line, desde encontrar um imóvel, aprovação de documentação á assinatura do contrato. Nos tempos da era digital que vivemos hoje a mocambo está na frente e atualiza. Parabéns!!!!
Staff always willing to answer questions and helping to find the property. What I found most incredible was the totally online service, from finding a property, approving documentation to signing the contract. In the times of the digital age that we live in today, mocambo is ahead and updates. Congratulations!!!!
