★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente investe mais de 20mil/por ano , mas na finalização do contrato , não mandam o demonstrativo dos gastos e ainda fazem questão até de um miolo de porta que já veio defeituoso ah sim , te entregam imundo os imóveis mas vc deve devolvê-lo impecável não recomendo !?
