A parte traseira do aparelho ficou completamente destruída e solta. Além de terem sumido com meu cartão de memória. Que continha informações pessoal. Funcionários incapacitados e despreparados para atender. Fui extremamente mal atendimento por um indivíduo que disse chamar Luiz ?? E disse que não poderia fazer nada!!! Em frente ao público causando constrangimento e transtornos. Estou procurando meus direitos na justiça!!! Cuidado com essa empresa. Sejam mais seletivo. Arrependimento...
 People took a Samsung cell phone to change the screen. The screen was left with space and full of light. In addition to not calling, just 2 days after use. The back of the device was completely destroyed and loose. Besides they disappeared with my memory card. That contained personal information. Disabled and unprepared employees to attend. I was extremely poorly attended by an individual who said to call Luiz ?? And he said he couldn't do anything !!! In front of the public causing embarrassment and inconvenience. I'm looking for my rights in court !!! Beware of this company. Be more selective. Repentance...
