Quero resolver o problema da fonte Xbox One, quero consertar e nĂŁo comprar uma nova , onde vocĂȘ me informou o preço de 480,00 reais , e nĂŁo 400,00 reais como vocĂȘ disse.
Olx tem fontes de 100 ate 300 reais, shoope, magazine Luiza, etc e etc...
Um bom atendimento e realizado, quando ao menos parece que quem te atendeu estå com vontade de pegar o trabalho e com preço justo.
Me senti constrangido, porque hoje em dia as coisas estĂŁo muito difĂceis, e reclamei porque o seu trabalho estĂĄ em um anĂșncio via Google para que vĂĄrias pessoas de todo o mundo possa entrar em contato com sua empresa.
Eu entrei , procurei vocĂȘs, nĂŁo achei legal a forma que vocĂȘ falou de fonte original custando 480,00 , acho estranho atĂ© porque no local de trabalho ( shopping popular ) difĂcilmente se encontra produtos originais e se prĂĄtica mais a venda do paralelo.
Seu preço foi o maior da região junto com o péssimo atendimento.
Atendimento: opção aĂ cliente , custo benefĂcio, atenção com tempo, preço justo.
NĂŁo encontrei nada disso no seu atendimento.
Procurei outro, fui atendido, resolvi o problema, mandei arrumar minhas duas manetes e arrumar a fonte.
40 % mais barato que o seu !!!
Se vocĂȘ acha que me atendeu bem, nĂŁo vou te questionar.
Seu momento de me dar atenção seria no orçamento, e não tentando justificar minha reclamação.
