★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja fazer um compra de emergência... fui bem atendida pela vendedora nos dias no caso duas . Comprei um calça de 70.00 usei por duas vezes e o zíper rompeu! Entrei em contato com a loja e a vendedora pediu pra eu levar a calça lá que o dono levaria a calça pra arrumar... como assim se comprei um produto e com pouco mais de 10 dias não pude fazer a troca?
O dono do estabelecimento pediu pra eu deixar q o mesmo faria a troca do zíper e não do produto. Bom quero que fique ciente que dinheiro pra fazer a troca do zíper eu tenho assim como tive pra comprar a calça! Então a todas que caso for procurar essa loja e efetuar uma compra fique ciente que qualquer problema que tenha com o produto irá para conserto e não haverá troca.... sem comentários ...nunca mais volto lá!
I went to the store to make an emergency purchase ... I was well attended by the seller on days in case two. I bought a 70.00 pants I wore twice and the zipper broke! I contacted the store and the seller asked me to take the trousers there that the owner would take the trousers to fix ... how could I buy a product and with just over 10 days I couldn't make the change?
The owner of the establishment asked me to let q do the same change the zipper and not the product. Well I want you to be aware that I have money to change the zipper as I had to buy the pants! So to all that if you are looking for this store and make a purchase be aware that any problem you have with the product will go to repair and there will be no exchange .... no comments ... I will never go back there!
