★ ★ ★ ★ ★ passaram minha compra 2x devido a primeira tentativa ter dado errado no cartão (segundo a vendedora) e estou tentando falar no cel informado, no zap do insta e nada.... telefone fora de área e nem chama o zap da bio. Moro em outra cidade e não me respondem tb. Detesto isto. Qdo vão vender são ótimos, mas o pós venda e com problema então...... aaaafffff canseira
they passed my purchase twice because the first attempt went wrong on the card (according to the seller) and I'm trying to talk to the cell number informed, on insta zap and nothing.... phone outside the area and don't even call the bio zap. I live in another city and they don't answer me too. I hate this. When they are going to sell they are great, but the after sale is with problems then...... aaaaffffff tiring

Procurei a loja, e fui informada que não poderiam fazer nada. Me pediram desculpas pois sabiam que o produto poderia encolher e não me informaram. Um absurdo! Na minha opinião, falta de respeito.
Joguei meu dinheiro no lixo!!! Não usei o vestido nenhuma vez, não trocaram o produto e nem devolveram o dinheiro. Não indico.
The sellers are attentive and the products are beautiful, however, I bought a dress and in the first wash (without even wearing it) it shrunk.
I looked for the store, and was informed that they couldn't do anything. They apologized to me because they knew the product could shrink and did not inform me. An absurdity! In my opinion, lack of respect.
I threw my money in the trash!!! I didn't wear the dress once, they didn't exchange the product and they didn't even refund the money. I do not indicate.
