★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa Rejane e sua mãe, fizeram algumas compras na Trípoli localizada na rua Irlanda 123 Itapoã no dia 22/09/2020, entre essas compras, um conjunto cuja calça, a primeira vez em que usei, passei vergonha pois a mesma abriu vários buracos na parte de trás. Fotografei e enviei para a vendedora que disse que era para levar até a loja para que fosse enviada para a fábrica para análise, como fiz assim que me foi possível. A vendedora ficou com meu contato e até esse momento, NADA...tento contato pelo número que consta na sacola 2520-4623 que me foi entregue e o mesmo só chama. Ressalto que o local é bem distante de onde residimos, visto que a compra foi realizada em um momento de passagem pelo local para consulta médica na Unifenas que se localiza ao lado da Loja. Temos dificuldade para realizarmos essa cobrança pessoalmente à empresa por esse motivo.
