★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um hospital veterinario que tem preconceito com cachorros "tipo pitbull", não dever se intitular hospital veterinario. Muito decepcionado com isto.
Atualizaçao em 06/04/22 as 12h07 pois o google não me permite resposta ao que foi citado: vocês deveriam ser mais conscientes ao invés de suporem que eu esteja falando de outro estabelecimento. Busquem o histórico de ligações do dia 18/03/22, as 08h11 eu liguei e agendei o banho da Gaia (labrador) e da Freya (Amstaff, ou como vocês me disseram a "tipo pitbull"). As 14h07 vcs me retornaram cancelando a "tipo pitbull" e supondo que eu aceitaria levar a labradora. Mas agora não importa mais, já avisei todos que tinha de avisar sobre o fato e encontrei um lugar que as respeita para o banho e cuidados.
 A veterinary hospital that is prejudiced against "pitbull type" dogs should not call itself a veterinary hospital. Very disappointed in this.

Look for the call history of 03/18/22, at 08:11 I called and scheduled a bath for Gaia (Labrador) and Freya (Amstaff, or as you told me the "pitbull type"). At 2:07 pm you got back to me canceling the "pitbull type" and assuming that I would accept to take the labrador. But now it doesn't matter anymore, I've already warned everyone that I had to warn about the fact and I found a place that respects them for bathing and care.

Ver nosso 'bichinho' adoecido é aflitivo, mas saber que estão em boas mãos e corações, é um alento.
A Dra. Débora se preocupa com detalhes no bom funcionamento do Hospital, sua equipe e clientes.
Sempre atenta e com dedicação acima de tudo.

I have been a client of the Hospital for about twenty years. I never went anywhere else. Why:
The first puppy was soooo well taken care of throughout her beautiful life.
The second is the current customer.
I need to point out that all the professionals at the Hospital are people interested in providing care with technical safety. From reception. All.
Seeing our 'pet' sick is distressing, but knowing that they are in good hands and hearts is an encouragement.
Dr. Débora cares about details in the proper functioning of the Hospital, its staff and clients.
Always attentive and with dedication above all.

I've taken my dog twice to this hospital and I've always been well taken care of!!! I really liked the vets are very attentive and took good care of my bb. Definitely recommend!
