Um belo dia, o entregador trouxe a água como de costume, sem ter troco em mãos, apesar de informarmos a necessidade de trazê-lo. Ficou faltando uma quantia a ser devolvida a mim e não vi problema, uma vez que confiei e acreditei que no próximo pedido, o tal valor poderia ser abatido.
Ocorreu que no pedido seguinte fui informada que o vendedor/operador Sérgio Rodrigues não repassou o ocorrido e que por isso eu não poderia receber o desconto que é direito meu.
Falta de compromisso, organização, seriedade. Perdeu um cliente, péssimo atendimento! Uma estrela porque não dá pra pôr 0! Lamentável!

One day, the delivery man brought the water as usual, without change in hand, although we informed him of the need to bring it. I was missing an amount to be returned to me and I saw no problem as I trusted and believed that in the next order, that amount could be discounted.
It happened that in the following order I was informed that the seller / operator Sérgio Rodrigues did not pass on what happened and therefore I could not receive the discount that is my right.
Lack of commitment, organization, seriousness. Lost a customer, bad service! A star because you can't put 0! Unfortunate!

A última vez quando pedimos água o prazo de entrega era 1 hora, ficamos esperando o dia inteiro mas depois 5 horas ou seja no final do dia ainda nada - nem avisam que não vão entregar mais. No próximo pedido a água era mais cara do que informado por telefone. Ao pedir uma satisfação por telefone nem sabem pedir desculpas ou pelo menos dar uma explicação, simplesmente te falam comprar em outro lugar.
Bad company with no education and no commitment to customers. The last time when we asked for water the delivery time was 1 hour, we were waiting all day but then 5 hours ie at the end of the day still nothing - nor warn that they will not deliver anymore. In the next order the water was more expensive than reported by telephone. When you ask for a phone satisfaction they don't even know how to apologize or at least give an explanation, they simply tell you to buy somewhere else.
