★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece nenhuma estrela. Fiz pedido pelo site onde informaram que entregam em toda a cidade de São Paulo, e depois de pago e informado o endereço de entrega, mandaram retirar na loja. Não respondem WhatsApp apesar de terem lido a mensagem. e inúmeras tentativas de contato, houve o cancelamento do pedido e não me devolveram o dinheiro.
It doesn't deserve any stars. I ordered through the website where they informed that they deliver throughout the city of São Paulo, and after paying and informing the delivery address, they had it picked up at the store. They do not respond to WhatsApp despite having read the message. and numerous attempts to contact, the order was canceled and I was not refunded the money.

Contato pelo WhatsApp demorado e não resolve, vc liga e ninguém atende ou seja todo o pedido é um transtorno. Perderam um cliente, pois vou procurar outro lugar que me atenda melhor. ZERO preocupação com o cliente.
I order every week and there's always a problem, every time I have to get in touch for delivery. Contact by WhatsApp takes a long time and doesn't solve it, you call and no one answers, that is, the whole request is an inconvenience. They lost a customer, because I'm going to look for another place that serves me better. ZERO concern for the customer.

Quando entrei em contato novamente, disseram que só entregariam no dia seguinte e depois quando questionei sobre horário, disseram que não poderiam atender a região para apenas 1 galão. Péssimo atendimento
Bad and experience. I confirmed that they served the region and that they had the product I wanted, I asked for a 20L gallon in the morning and at 4 pm it hadn't arrived. When I contacted again, they said they would only deliver the next day and then when I asked about the time, they said they couldn't serve the region for just 1 gallon. Terrible attendance
