Full gym, they offer good payment terms.

Academia completíssima! Piscina aquecida ionizada, equipamentos de musculação de ótima qualidade, as aulas de bike e zumba, e a equipe? De primeira! Daniel, Valter, Ale, Douglas, Mariana, Andréa da recepção. Só tive ótimas experiências. Super recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local que respeita muito as regras de máscara, higienização. Destaque para aulas de funcional, local e bike com a professora Márcia, ela manda muito bem. Equipamentos de boa qualidade e clima muito receptivo. Fora que é só lado da estação de metrô, muito fácil acesso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem uma estrutura bem antiga, com aparelhos de musculação extremamente velhos que precisam constantemente de manutenção (que nem sempre é feita), mas isso acredito que seja compatível com o valor da mensalidade que é acessível - acima de academias de rede low cost, mas acessível para o bairro. Além disso, mesmo após o ‘término’ da pandemia, os horários continuam reduzidos e eles se recusam a ligar o ar condicionado. A limpeza também é degradante, com bolas de poeira que voam pela sala de musculação e baratas que circulam pelo tatame do muay thai.
Mesmo com todos esses pontos, continuei frequentando a academia, pois é o único lugar onde minha personal atende, mas encerrei meu ciclo recentemente, por problemas na conduta da péssima gestão da academia. O dono do estabelecimento é grosseiro e bastante mal educado, além de incapaz de ouvir um feedback, então recomendo cautela para aqueles que se aventurarem a dirigir a palavra a ele. Certa vez uma aluna fez uma crítica em uma foto da página do Instagram da academia e ele respondeu com palavrões. Claramente é um comportamento inadequado para o dono de um negócio, que ao invés de me auxiliar e avisar que a cobrança automática do meu cartão de crédito estava com problemas, preferiu me expulsar da academia. Lamentável.
The gym has a very old structure, with extremely old weight machines that constantly need maintenance (which is not always done), but I believe this is compatible with the monthly fee that is affordable - above low cost gyms, but affordable for the neighborhood. In addition, even after the 'end' of the pandemic, hours remain reduced and they refuse to turn on the air conditioning. Cleanliness is also degrading, with dust balls flying around the weight room and cockroaches roaming the muay thai mat.
Even with all these points, I kept going to the gym, because it's the only place where my personal attends, but I ended my cycle recently, due to problems in the conduct of the bad management of the gym. The owner of the establishment is rude and quite rude, as well as incapable of listening to feedback, so I recommend caution to those who venture to speak to him. A student once criticized a photo on the gym's Instagram page and he responded with profanity. Clearly this is inappropriate behavior for a business owner, who instead of helping me out and letting me know that my automatic credit card charge was in trouble, preferred to kick me out of the gym. Unfortunate.
