Tem grande variedade de comércios , restaurantes , padarias , barzinhos , Shopping Ibirapuera fica a dois quarteirões , tem 1 vaga de garagem , piscina , academia e salão de festas ! Os únicos inconvenientes são : barulho dos aviões ( mas , você acostuma ) e não tem área de serviço ! Lugar perfeito para pessoas que moram sozinhas ou casais !
My daughter and son-in-law live there! Small but very charming place! It has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, Shopping Ibirapuera is two blocks away, has 1 parking space, swimming pool, gym and party room! The only drawbacks are: the noise of the planes (but you get used to it) and there is no service area! Perfect place for people who live alone or couples!
