As recepcionistas me dizem que o telefone está ok e continua o mesmo problema. Já comprei aparelho novo, mas o problema persiste. Por favor, demonstrem respeito ao cliente e se envolvam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bem localizado, mas muito sem manutenção. Infiltração , TV com mau funcionamento, ar condicionado barulhento, já foi um flat e hoje é um condomínio sem serviço de hotelaria. Qualquer relação e solicitação deve ser feita diretamente ao dono do quarto, o que impossibilita resolução rápida.
Place well located but very maintenance free. Infiltration, TV with malfunction, noisy air conditioning, it was once a flat and today is a condominium without hotel service. Any relationship and request should be made directly to the owner of the room, which makes it impossible to resolve quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu morava lá, o diferencial eram os FUNCIONÁRIOS, porém nas demais coisas deixava à desejar. Agora com um supermercado em frente, uma faculdade na esquina e estar atrás de um Mini Shopping, deixa a sua localização EXCELENTE!!!
When I lived there, the difference was the EMPLOYEES, but in other things it left something to be desired. Now with a supermarket opposite, a college in the corner and be behind a Mini Mall, leaves its GREAT location !!!

Vale a pena se hospedar ou morar, dependerá do interesse de cada pessoa ao visitar. E que estiver chegando para visitar a Ilha, sinta-se convidado a usufruir dos serviços.
Mont Blanc is a service provider that satisfactorily serves. It has parking, gym, cleaning services and great service. It is worth staying or living, it will depend on the interest of each person when visiting. And when you are arriving to visit the Island, feel invited to enjoy the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar morei por 7 meses, os funcionários bem atenciosos, prestativos e simpáticos destaco principalmente a Fabiana, Francisco e Rodolfo da recepção.
O prédio tem área de lazer com piscina (excelente e bem gelada), salão de festa com sinuca, tem uma academia que dar pra quebrar o galho e uma coisa que quase ninguém sabe, lá tem uma cobertura linda que dar pra ver 360 graus de São Luís e por do sol mais bonito que já vi na vida.
Pena que tive que vim pra São Paulo senão continuaria lá. Ahhh não posso esquecer que lá tem lavanderia gratuita para os moradores e serviço de quarto pra arrumar a bagunça.
Excellent place I lived for 7 months, the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly, especially Fabiana, Francisco and Rodolfo from the reception.
The building has a leisure area with a swimming pool (excellent and very cold), a party room with snooker, there is a gym that can be enjoyed and something that almost no one knows, there is a beautiful roof that allows you to see 360 degrees of São Luís and the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen in my life.
Too bad I had to come to São Paulo otherwise I would have stayed there. Ahhh I can't forget that there is free laundry for residents and room service to clean up the mess.
