Sem vocês acho que não teríamos conseguido a mudança no prazo. Nota 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe da Montenegro chegou com antecedência em minha residência. Foram bem atentos as informações que passamos sobre os móveis mais sensíveis, que foram embalados com bastante cuidado. Bem como microondas, geladeiras e itens mais caros foram embalados com bastante zelo.
O condomínio que mudei tem muitas árvores e o caminhão era bem grande. Os profissionais foram bem atentos em prender os galhos das árvores para não danificar nada.
Nos tivemos a baixa de alguns pratos, mas não posso dizer que tenha sido falta de cuidado dos profissionais pq eu que fiz as embalagens dos itens e pode ser que eu não tenha embalado direitinho.
O contato prévio com a Eli também foi incrível, me tirando todas as dúvidas e estando disponível o tempo todo pra ajudar. No pós mudança ela também foi muito solicita.
Esse ano terei uma nova mudança e com certeza voltarei a procurá-los.

The condo I moved has a lot of trees and the truck was quite big. The professionals were very attentive in securing the branches of the trees so as not to damage anything.
We had some dishes off, but I can't say that it was a lack of care by the professionals because I did the packaging of the items and I may not have packed them properly.
The previous contact with Eli was also incredible, taking all the doubts and being available all the time to help. In the post-move, she was also very solicitous.
This year I will have a new change and I will definitely look for them again.
