Para reparos imediatos talvez funcione, mas não há comprometimento nenhum quanto a compromissos que assumem (montar ou reparar conjuntos ou confeccionar peças). Não dão qualquer satisfação. Me surpreende que existam profissionalmente.
 Disappointing experience. Absolutely irresponsible and do not answer the phone. For immediate repairs it may work, but there is no compromise on the commitments they make (mount or repair sets or make parts). They do not give you any satisfaction. It surprises me that they exist professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Google diz que fecha às 17:30 vim p cá sai do do trabalho correndo,cheguei às 17:00 em ponto uma senhora estava fechando a loja se recusou me atender ficou irritada e brava e ainda foi extremamente grosseira comigo. Desrespeito e informações erradas , terrível , poderia ser pelo menos educada.

Não precisei do serviços pois consegui solucionar depois de muita dor de cabeça, eu acredito que eles tenham capacidade de resolver buchas que outros não resolvem. Voltaria lá caso fosse necessário. Quem me atendeu foi honesta.

Em geral os encanadores conhecem e recomendam procurar estes produtos hidráulicos, nesta loja.
Eu já compro há bastante tempo nesta loja, pois tem bom preço e sempre encontrei o que procurava, além do que a senhora que atende no balcão, conhece muito bem a utilização destes acessórios hidráulicos e se eles no momento não tiverem a peça, ela dá indicações precisas de onde encontra-los.
O estacionamento na frente da loja é pequeno, mas ajuda bastante no tempo que estiver na loja.
