Quando se precisa falar na imobiliária, nao atendem telefone, nao importa que esteja ligando, com urgência, numa quinta-feira às 13h42, simplesmente se recusam a atender a um simples telefonema.
Sempre receberam encomenda dos moradores, do nada deixam de receber, não avisam nada, e o morador tem a encomenda devolvida por falta de responsabilidade da -mais uma vez- gestão da imobiliária, que sequer se deu ao trabalho de avisar que não receberiam mais.
Terrible service.
When you need to talk to the real estate agency, they don't answer the phone, no matter who is calling, urgently, on a Thursday at 1:42 pm, they simply refuse to answer a simple phone call.
They have always received an order from the residents, out of nowhere they don't receive it, they don't notify anything, and the resident has the order returned due to lack of responsibility from the -once again- real estate management, which didn't even bother to say that they wouldn't receive any more.

Perguntei sobre quem recorrer caso tivesse alguma emergência no prédio no recesso de 20/12 a 04/01. A resposta foi grosseira como mostra foto abaixo da resposta!!! As funcionarias não gostam de serem cobradas para fazer o trabalho delas!!! Ficam nervosinhas quando tem que trabalhar!!! São uns doces quando vc vai alugar, depois vc não consegue mais nada com elas!!! Acústica do prédio horrível, as funcionarias não fazem cumprir as regras do condomínio e se quisermos temos que resolver do nosso jeito!!! NÃO INDICO PRO MEU PIOR INIMIGO!!!
BAD CONDOMINIUM!!! Staff extremely rude and unprepared as shown in the photo below. I asked who to turn to if there was an emergency in the building during the 12/20 to 01/04 break. The answer was rude as shown in the photo below the answer!!! Employees don't like being charged for doing their job!!! They get nervous when they have to work!!! They are sweets when you go to rent them, then you can't get anything else with them!!! Acoustics in the horrible building, the employees do not enforce the condominium rules and if we want we have to solve it our way!!! I DON'T REFER TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
