★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this house, and two burglars (with guns!) broke in. Those two burglars went from room to room, stole a car, laptop, and so on. Most of the residents left the house after ths horror event, including me. The landlord said I needed to pay a fine because I broke the contract. However, if I get someone else to take over my contract, I wouldn't pay any fine. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone. I paid the fine, and one of the residents who stayed living in the house told me that a French guy had moved into my room one week later!! I complained to the landlord and he didn't want to return the fine!!

Morei nesta casa, e entraram 2 assaltantes armados. Havia uma movimentação estranha na frente da casa, os guardinhas ficavam vigiando e coincidentemente estavam na mesma rua quando saía de casa as 6h da manhã. Eles inclusive um dia vieram pedir para pagá-los (o proprietário disse que pagava, sendo que na prática não ocorria). Avisei o proprietário e disse para ficar tranquila. Os 2 assaltantes passaram de quarto em quarto, levaram carro, notebook, etc. A maioria dos moradores pediram para sair, inclusive eu. Ele disse que eu precisava pagar multa também, mas caso eu colocasse alguém para assumir meu contrato, ou se outra pessoa ocupasse meu quarto, eu não pagaria (e infelizmente não achei ninguém). Paguei a multa, e um dos moradores que ficou, comentou que um francês havia se mudado para o meu quarto!! Reclamei para o proprietário e ele não quis devolver a multa!!

I lived in this house, and 2 armed robbers entered. There was a strange movement in front of the house, the guards were watching and coincidentally were on the same street when I left the house at 6 am. They even came one day to ask to pay them (the owner said he paid, and in practice he didn't). I notified the owner and told him to stay calm. The 2 robbers went from room to room, took a car, laptop, etc. Most of the residents asked to leave, including me. He said I needed to pay a fine too, but if I put someone else to take over my contract, or if someone else occupied my room, I wouldn't pay (and unfortunately I couldn't find anyone). I paid the fine, and one of the residents who stayed commented that a Frenchman had moved into my room!! I complained to the owner and he didn't want to return the fine!!
