Contudo venho sendo enganada, tanto pelo dono Sr. Moacir Moraes, como por uma pessoa que se apresentou pra mim como gerente e também pelo rapaz que cuidava do financeiro. Em dezembro não me pagaram todo o aluguel e desde sempre fizeram coisas erradas como não cobrar o condomínio da minha inquilina, não recolheram os impostos devidos, e em dezembro - mês do reajuste do aluguel também não passaram as informações nem pra mim nem pra inquilina. eu mesma tive que fazer isso, mas os 6% deles nunca deixaram de tirar do valor do aluguel. agora resolveremos na justiça. em novembro fiz contato, nada resolvido. O funcionário tirou férias, depois sr. Moacir me respondeu em 20/12, disse que ligaria no dia seguinte e nada. Retornei contato dia 26/12/2018, disseram a mesma coisa e até hoje nada. quero meu aluguel!
The grade for this real estate agency is zero. they say they were rigged. whether it's true or not, I have no way of knowing. However, I have been deceived, both by the owner Mr. Moacir Moraes, and by a person who introduced himself to me as a manager and also by the guy who took care of finance. In December they didn't pay me all the rent and they always did wrong things like not charging my tenant's condominium, they didn't pay taxes due, and in December - the month of the rent adjustment, they also didn't pass the information on to me or to the tenant. I had to do it myself, but the 6% of them never failed to take the rent. now we will settle in justice. I made contact in November, nothing resolved. The employee took a vacation, then mr. Moacir answered me on 12/20, he said he would call the next day and nothing. I returned in contact on 12/26/2018, they said the same thing and until today nothing. I want my rent!
