Por um preço razoavelmente caro, não valeu a pena e deixei de comprar na loja. Precisam melhorar a qualidade.

E que não poderia haver excessão, por estarem sem sistema. Que raio de atendimento é esse, que compra pode ser realizada em qualquer horário que a loja esteja aberta, com sistema oi sem sistema, mas uma troca não? Como trabalho no referido horário estabelecido pra troca, o presente ficará perdido. Zero empatia e cuidado com o cliente.
