★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Vendedora sem educação não quis realizar uma troca, falou um monte de grosserias, só faltou me agredir fisicamente e ainda disse que na Morana o cliente não tem razão. Já é a segunda vez que vou nessa loja e tenho dificuldade. Não volto e não compro nunca mais na Morana e não indico para ninguém!
Lousy service! Uneducated saleswoman did not want to make an exchange, spoke a lot of rudeness, all I needed to do was physically assault me and also said that at Morana the customer is not right. It is already the second time that I go to this store and I have difficulty. I’m never coming back and I’m never buying from Morana again and I don’t recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal recebida na loja, entrei a procura de um brinco e nenhuma vendedora me atendeu, nem mesmo perguntaram se eu precisava de ajuda, detalhe, tinham quatro vendedoras na loja e só eu de cliente!
Tive que pedir duas vezes para pegarem uma peça pra mim, eu mesma tive que separar as que eu iria levar e pedir para a vendedora embalar, porque estavam todas conversando, parecia que eu nem estava lá!
Durante esse tempo entrou outra cliente e foram atender ela super bem, detalhe, ela não levou nada e eu comprei mais de duzentos reais.
Só comprei pois gostei das peças e a qualidade da Morana é ótima, mas o atendimento, principalmente da loja do shopping Tamboré é péssimo!!!!
Infelizmente a loja não fornece nenhuma sacola após a compra, dão as peças em um saquinho.

I had to ask twice to get a piece for me, I myself had to separate the ones I was going to take and ask the saleswoman to pack it, because they were all talking, it looked like I wasn't even there!
During that time, another client came in and they took care of her very well, detail, she didn't take anything and I bought more than two hundred reais.
I only bought it because I liked the pieces and Morana's quality is great, but the service, especially at the Tamboré mall store, is terrible!!!!
Unfortunately the store does not provide any bags after purchase, they give the pieces in a bag.
