★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que fui a loja, fui bem tratada. Peguei o número de lá para me retornarem. E fizeram. Porém, irei viajar novamente e fui tirar umas dúvidas, pelo número do WhatsApp, mas eles simplesmente não me respondem, não atendem, mesmo estando oline. E isso é frustrante. Não tô fazendo um favor, sou cliente e gostaria de sanar minhas dúvidas, mas eles não se importam com os clientes.
The first time I went to the store, I was treated well. I got the number from there to get back to me. And they did. However, I'm going to travel again and I went to answer some questions, through the WhatsApp number, but they just don't answer me, they don't answer, even though I'm online. And that's frustrating. I'm not doing you a favor, I'm a customer and I would like to answer my questions, but they don't care about the customers.

venderam a qualidade errada de dias para a quarentena no Mexico, pagamos pela noite extra de hotel e segundo transfer por nossa conta.
Agora, precisamos retomar ao Brasil e o voo foi cancelado. Para remarcar somente a agencia pode fazer, ligamos na Latam e descobrimos que isso acontece SEMPRE! depois que a viagem é paga a agencia abandona os clientes. Quando a compra do bilhete é efetuada através da agencia, os dados são bloqueados e a Latam não consegue remarcar. Cuidado ao utilizar esta agencia, nenhum dos números de telefone atendem, mensagens por whattsapp não são respondidas. IRRESPONSAVEIS. Atendidos pela Vanessa em junho de 2021
Terrible customer service!
they sold the wrong quality of days for quarantine in Mexico, we paid for the extra hotel night and second transfer on our own.
Now, we need to return to Brazil and the flight was cancelled. To reschedule only the agency can do, we called Latam and found out that this ALWAYS happens! after the trip is paid for, the agency abandons the clients. When the ticket purchase is made through the agency, the data is blocked and Latam cannot reschedule. Be careful when using this agency, none of the phone numbers answer, messages by whattsapp are not answered. IRRESPONSIBLE. Served by Vanessa in June 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não respondem o whatsapp, ficam online e ignoram o cliente. Na hora de vender é tudo mil maravilha, mas se tiver algum problema , nao respondem. NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS.
Terrible attendance. They don't answer whatsapp, stay online and ignore the customer. When it comes to selling, everything is wonderful, but if you have any problems, they don't respond. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
