★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender eles sao super atencioso pra vender e tira o lucro deles. Mas quando é um b.o eles enrolam ate ate umas horas pda resolver, tem q aprender a ser simpático em ambas aa partes

o vídeo game sai daqui bom na sua casa que dá o problema
Na 4 x que retornei perguntei o o outro técnico se as pecas eram novas para minha supresa
Ele me respondeu que são usadas
Tipo e uma loteria se achar uma peca boa ok
Eles não colocam pecas novas são todas usadas
só tem picareta la
Acabei levando o game no mini shopping de frente em outra loja a loja e eletrotech Isa telefone 97583 7678 o rapaz colocou a placa nova e resolveu o problema ele é muito bom ele é o antigo técnico da rico games
Preço do serviço na mais game 250,00 peca usada não resolveram problema
No concorrente 180,00 eletrotech Isa e resolveu em 20 minutos o problema
Fujam da mais game é só dor de kbca e perca de tempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho o que falar do local compro de tudo entre vídeo game celulares e acessórios e tem de tudo pra tudo no quesito eletrônico , o pessoal da uma atenção e o dono sempre pronto a atender tanto presencialmente quando pelo whatsapp .
Sempre com promoções e sempre trazendo novidades postando em status fazendo lista de transmissão .
Não tenho o que reclamar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um PlayStation 2 para arrumar esse técnico da mas games não arrumou e o PlayStation 2 voltou pior do que tava acho que os comentários são tudo fake essa mas games foi a primeira é última vez esse técnico não sabe arrumar nada como é que ele entrega o aparelho falando que está arrumado chego em casa para jogar está do mesmo jeito conselho para quem tem vídeo game não entregue na mais games porque nós que somos clientes nunca vai conseguir falar com o técnico o por que é em um apartamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistência técnica muito mau feita, meu xbox 360 queimou a entrada do hdmi, enrolaram 3meses, e sempre quando ia na loja para ver se tava pronto, davam a mesmo desculpa que semana que vem vai estar pronto e nunca tava, depois do concerto meu recebi meu console só que pior fo que tava, tiveram a coragem de cortar o fio preto do cooler sem eu ter pedido, ficou um barulho infernal quando vou ligar ele agora, os tecnicos nem se comunicam com os clientes no whats e nem respondem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível o atendimento desse pessoal, ainda mais se tratando de manutenção de consoles. Se pudesse dar 0 estrelas teria dado.
Enfim vou resumir...
Deixei meu PS4 com eles na primeira vez, me devolveram com quase 2 meses e quando chegou em casa voltou a dar problema, como ainda estava na garantia eu resolvi levá-lo de volta, quando levei um jogo do homen aranha estava dentro do console, mas como o PS4 não funcionava (não ligava) não dava pra tirar, pedi pra minha esposa levar o game e chegando lá ela esqueceu de mencionar que tinha um jogo dentro, pois bem... O game ficou lá e me devolveram nada mais nada menos que 3 meses depois praticamente... E quando ligou lá o game pra teste na loja, estava sem o jogo do homem aranha que meu filho de 4 anos tanto ama, o camarada me disse que não tinha nada na ficha então teoricamente eles não tinham responsabilidade... Então é assim, pego o console do cliente, se tiver o jogo e o mesmo não informar, simplimente roubam e já era, assim é a vida, lamentável, ainda pedi para averiguarem e nada fizeram, péssimos não sei como gente assim ainda continua prestando serviços a clientes, mas o que você planta você colhe, essa é a lei de Deus!
Se puderem meus amigos, levem esse comentário a sério e não façam negócios com essa loja nunca!

I left my PS4 with them the first time, they gave it back to me at almost 2 months and when I got home the problem came back, as it was still under warranty I decided to take it back, when I took a Spiderman game it was inside the console, but as the PS4 didn't work (it didn't turn on) I couldn't take it off, I asked my wife to take the game and when she got there she forgot to mention that there was a game inside, well... The game stayed there and they gave me nothing else. less than 3 months later practically... And when he turned on the game for testing in the store, he didn't have the Spiderman game that my 4-year-old son loves so much, the guy told me he had nothing on the file so theoretically they didn't they had responsibility... So that's how, I get the client's console, if you have the game and you don't report it, they just steal it and it's gone, that's life, regrettable, I still asked them to check and they didn't do anything, terrible I don't know how people like that are still providing services to clients, but what do you plant you reap, that's God's law!
