★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA! Paguei e não recebi a mercadoria e quando fui contestar , fui pessimamente atendida por uma funcionária que não quis se identificar! Nada cordial, nada educada! Ela literalmente não sabe arte de atender pessoas. NUNCA MAIS COMPRO NADA NESSE SITE.
 Lousy! I paid and did not receive the goods and when I went to contest, I was badly attended by an employee who did not want to identify herself! Nothing cordial, nothing polite! She literally doesn't know the art of serving people. I NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Instagram a loja parece ser maravilhosa e cheia de novidades mas infelizmente na loja física não tem NADA A VER com o que mostram na internet... Cheguei na loja falando que vejo os stories com roupas lindas no insta cheguei lá e não vi nada disso! As funcionárias riram da minha cara só por perguntar se lá era a loja que eu vi na net... Atendimento péssimo funcionária nem se apresentou e nem olhou pra minha cara!! Fui ansiosa pra conhecer a "loja"(porque fica dentro de um shoppinho com boxs de outras lojas tudo misturado você não sabe que loja é diferente da outra) e infelizmente deixou a desejar em tudo!!
On Instagram the store seems to be wonderful and full of news but unfortunately in the physical store it has NOTHING TO DO with what they show on the internet ... I arrived at the store saying that I see the stories with beautiful clothes in the urge I got there and didn't see any of that ! The employees laughed at me just for asking if there was the store I saw on the net ... Lousy service the employee didn't even introduce herself or look at my face !! I was anxious to get to know the "store" (because it is inside a mall with boxes from other stores all mixed up, you don't know which store is different from the other) and unfortunately it left something to be desired at all !!

Tinha gostado de uns cropped q vi no perfil deles no insta e quando fui lá pra comprar a moça falou q era camisa baby look e ainda era tecido de modelo pequeno, e no site falava q era cropped e parecia ser bem larguinho!! Detestei, mto péssimo a loja física e pior o insta q tem mais de 130 mil seguidores e não é vdd com os mesmos!!
Horrible!! The clothes are not the same or at least similar to those on the site !!! I had liked some cropped ones I saw on their profile on insta and when I went there to buy the girl she said it was a baby look shirt and it was still a small model fabric, and on the website she said it was cropped and seemed to be very wide !! I loathed the physical store and the app urges q has more than 130 thousand followers and is not vdd with them !!

Uma verdadeira propaganda enganosa, no instagram (que pelo número de seguidores a gente acha confiável) as roupas parecem lindas e com bom material. O material é péssimo, e sem modelagem. Precisei devolver ume peça por achar o material ruim, devolvi no dia seguinte que recebi e precisei arcar com o TODO os custos de devolução, que deram uns R$ 40,00. Só ai eu já achei desrespeito com o cliente. Mas o pior foi eles não terem me pagado o estorno da peça e não terem dado satisfação nenhum em 1 MÊS. Cobrei diversas vezes o setor financeiro e fui pessimamente atendida. Hoje fez 2 meses da minha compra e o dinheiro ainda não foi devolvido. Isso é crime!!! Eu só quero o meu dinheiro de volta
TERRIBLE!!!!! My intention was to give 0 stars. A true false advertisement, on instagram (which we think is reliable by the number of followers) the clothes look beautiful and with good material. The material is terrible, and without modeling. I had to return a part because I found the material to be bad, I returned it the next day I received it and had to bear the ENTIRE return costs, which were about R$ 40.00. Only then did I find disrespect for the customer. But the worst thing was that they didn't pay me the refund of the part and they didn't give me any satisfaction in 1 MONTH. I covered the financial sector several times and was poorly served. It's been 2 months since my purchase and the money still hasn't been refunded. That's a crime!!! I just want my money back
