Fiz uma compra pelo WhatsApp e deixei claro que precisava que a entrega fosse feita com urgência no dia seguinte pela manhã (obs: Paguei em instantes via transferência). Contratei dois pedreiros que estariam aguardando o material e pelo dia inteiro eles aguardaram em vão o material para realizar a obra. Liguei várias vezes para averiguar a entrega e fui ignorado, não atenderam as ligações. Tomei um prejuízo pois estava pagando o dia dos pedreiros e por isso a compra saiu mais cara do que eu comprasse em outra loja. Quando você for fazer uma compra avalie bem. Os prazos tem que ser respeitados, tempo é dinheiro. Não dá pra confiar uma obra a uma loja dessas com essa prestação de serviço.
I didn't even deserve a star. I made a purchase through WhatsApp and made it clear that I needed the delivery to be made urgently the next morning (note: I paid in a moment via transfer). I hired two masons who would be waiting for the material and for the whole day they waited in vain for the material to carry out the work. I called several times to check the delivery and was ignored, they didn't answer the calls. I took a loss because I was paying for the bricklayers' day and that's why the purchase was more expensive than what I bought at another store. When you make a purchase, evaluate it carefully. Deadlines have to be respected, time is money. You can't entrust a work to a store like this with this provision of service.
