★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente o atendimento dado pelos funcionários Yuri , Vitor e Simone que entenderam um problema muito complicado relativo ao IPTU de 2022 e com muita compreensão resolveram o problema..Parabenizo estes funcionários e também a Prefeitura de Maricá pelo alto nível dos funcionários .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um pouco desorganizado quando da abertura, os serviços são agendados e não existe preferencia neste atendimento, muitos dirigindo para um único atendente para agendar que não deveria ser assim prioridade para is que já agendaram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percebi que os atendentes do ano passado , já não se encontram na unidade, todos novos e pouco informados. Tive que pagar 80,00 reais por um erro do funcionário , para continuar meu processo. Paguei meu iptu 2021, em parcela única , 16 dias antes do vencimento, .Pois meu processo de habite-se ficou parado por ter resíduos de 9 meses do parcelamento. Tenho tudo documentado, se alguém souber como isso ocorre , pode me explicar.
I noticed that last year's attendants are no longer in the unit, all new and poorly informed. I had to pay 80.00 reais for an employee error, to continue my process. I paid my iptu 2021, in a single installment, 16 days before the due date, because my occupancy process was stopped because I had residues of 9 months of the installment. I have everything documented, if anyone knows how this happens, please explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um teste para saber se tava com covid, deu negativo graças à Deus. O pessoa que está trabalhando atrás no pátio da prefeitura mesmo, foram muito atenciosos,sem exceção de nenhum. Esse pessoal que trabalha nessa linda de frente merece nosso respeito.

Prefeitura não tem acessibilidade digital e com isso ficando lotada, desrespeitando todo o protocolo de prevenção e combate das mazelas que nos assombram.

Fast service with appointment online. Met my need. But many services could be done entirely online. Mainly linked to Iptu and Itbi. Need more automation.
