E cronometrei a media dos pacientes que entram na sala . o atendimento dira em media de 3 minutos... Isso mesmo , nao é brincadeira nao... Quando fui ser atendido ai sim vi o descaso.. O Medico pacheco responde suas perguntas ja com pressa par encerrar.. Incrivelllll!!! Jamais vi isso na minha vida...pessimo medico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você busca um atendimento da recepção grosseiro e ríspido estará no lugar ideal, basta conversar com a recepcionista Maiara. Ao pegar transito para chegar a consulta entrei em contato com a clinica informando sobre o atraso e a Maiara pediu para que chegasse o mais rápido possível. Entrei na clinica com 20 minutos de atraso e a mesma solicitou documento com foto e carteirinha do convênio. ás 09:03 me chamou para informar que atrasei 30 minutos do horário marcado da consulta já se pode entender que os 13 minutos que ela demorou para me chamar ela contou como meu atraso e pelo jeito se quer olhou o horário o qual ela pegou os meus documentos, informei que precisava realiza-la devido a um procedimento cirúrgico que preciso fazer com urgência, mas empatia não é o forte dela e não se prontificou a conversar com o médico e explicar a situação. Princípios de um bom atendimento: 1º Entenda o seu Cliente(paciente), 2º Tenha Prazer Pelo que Faz, 3º Não conduza o seu atendimento com Antipatia, 4º Mantenha uma comunicação S.C.O.T. 5º Não abandone o seu cliente(paciente).
Ao informar a Naiara momento nenhum ela mencionou o tempo de tolerância e entreguei o documento nas mãos dela 13 minutos antes das 09:00 horas da manhã. Mas não tem problema uma consulta a mais ou a menos não fazer falta na vida de vocês e muito menos na minha vida que segue o que eu queria fazer já fiz que foi a minha avaliação sobre a clinica.
