★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista Super grossa fui pagar a consulta no dinheiro eles não tinham trocado falaram que só aceitavam pix não aceitam cartão achei um absurdo isso tive que ficar indo nos estabelecimentos próximos pra ver se consiga trocar o dinheiro do contrário ela disse que eu não ia pode passar com o médico .
The receptionist was super rude I went to pay the consultation in cash they hadn't changed it they said they only accept pix they don't accept cards I thought it was absurd so I had to keep going to the nearby establishments to see if I can change the money otherwise she said I couldn't go with the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei no ortopedista, médico atencioso. Fiz os exames que ele me solicitou e estou tentando marcar retorno. A clinica não agenda retorno com menos de um mês. A atendente falou que tinha uma vaga na próxima semana, no entanto só poderia me agendar para o próximo mês, pois acabei de passar com o médico. Tem vaga, mas não posso me consultar. Lamentável!
I went to the orthopedist, an attentive doctor. I did the exams he asked me to do and I'm trying to schedule a return. The clinic does not schedule a return for less than a month. The attendant said that there was a vacancy for the next week, however, she could only schedule me for the next month, because I just saw the doctor. There is a vacancy, but I cannot consult myself. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi MARAVILHOSA eu estava aflita mas o Dr me deixou muito tranquila, ele me acalmou e o procedimento foi bem mais fácil e rápido. Eu gostei muito e recomendo p toda e qqr mulher a clínica, foi muito bom ter consultado e feito o procedimento c dr Clayton ele é ótimo.
My experience was WONDERFUL I was distressed but the Dr left me very calm, he calmed me down and the procedure was much easier and faster. I liked it a lot and I recommend the clinic to all and every woman, it was very good to have consulted and done the procedure with dr Clayton he is great.

My experiences at the clinic have been getting worse...on the 1st day, friendly attendants, the 2nd time a long wait, other times, problems with the Agreement, and now, the exams needed for the appointment were not ready, and the appointment was confirmed by the clinic itself ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 08/03/2022, me deparei com uma situação de falta de profissionalismo e ética da Dra Christiane H S Kairalla. Agendei minha consulta em janeiro e ela deixou de atender meu plano em fevereiro. Não desmarcaram minha consulta e para cumprir com agenda da clínica, quando entrei no consultório na data e horário a médica me disse que se eu queria um tratamento deveria marcar particular e fez uma receita com o medicamento que eu falei que já tomava sem olhar meus exames. Não demorou nem 2 minutos. Sai indignada ,decepcionadoa com a falta de ética da médica. Não mais atender o plano de saúde da Beneficiência Portuguesa foi uma opção dela. Deveria ter um pouco mais de respeito pelo paciente.
On 03/08/2022, I came across a situation of lack of professionalism and ethics of Dr Christiane H S Kairalla. I scheduled my appointment in January and she stopped meeting my plan in February. They did not cancel my appointment and to comply with the clinic's schedule, when I entered the office on the date and time, the doctor told me that if I wanted a treatment, I should schedule a private appointment and made a prescription for the medication that I said I was already taking without looking at my exams . It didn't even take 2 minutes. She leaves indignant, disappointed with the doctor's lack of ethics. No longer attending the Beneficio Portuguesa health plan was her choice. Should have a little more respect for the patient.
