★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, fujam deles!!! Meu notebook entrou com um problema no backlight que não estava acendendo. Ficou 4 meses. Pedi para retirar sem conserto e ao levar noutra assistência técnica confirmou componentes faltando, outros sem soldagens na placa mãe e a tela LCD sem funcionar. Praticamente meu notebook foi para o lixo, sem condições de conserto. Isso denota mau caráter com os clientes, sem confiança nenhuma. Não recomendo para ninguém.
Terrible company, run away from them!!! My notebook came with a problem with the backlight that was not lighting up. Stayed 4 months. I asked for it to be removed without repair and when I took it to another technical assistance it confirmed missing components, others without soldering on the motherboard and the LCD screen not working. Practically my notebook went to the trash, without repair conditions. This denotes bad character with customers, without any trust. I don't recommend it to anyone.
