★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência levei minha tv no dia 07 janeiro para orçamento que a promessa era de que em 05 dias ficaria pronta,depois disso foram feitos vários contatos tanto por telefone quanto presenciais e sempre viam com a desculpa que estavam bom bastante serviço , e por último disseram que estavam com dificuldades pra achar as peças pra o conserto,e hoje 05 de fevereiro de 2021 acabaram liberando a tv que por sinal nem chegaram a abrir,pois a mesma estava empilhada junto com outras no meio do salão da assistência técnica,muita indignação com o descaso comigo,péssimos profissionais
Bad experience I took my tv on January 7th to budget that the promise was that in 05 days it would be ready, after that several contacts were made both by phone and in person and always saw with the excuse that they were good enough service, and lastly they said who were having trouble finding the parts to be repaired, and today, February 5th, 2021 ended up releasing the tv that by the way didn't even open, because it was stacked together with others in the middle of the technical assistance hall, a lot of indignation with neglect with me, terrible professionals
