★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão e bem estruturado, lindo, porém atendimento péssimo, sei que o valor normalmente desses salões dentro dos shopping são caros, mas a moça da recepção falou com todas as letras pra mim quando eu perguntei o valor, se vc quiser desistir agora já pode, eu tinha o valor, não foi apenas pelo dinheiro que não fiquei no salão, mais tbm pagar quase 350 reais por uma pintura e ainda sem escova pelo amor de Deus.
The salon is well-structured, beautiful, but the service is terrible, I know that the value of these halls in the malls is usually expensive, but the lady at the reception spoke to me with all the letters when I asked the amount, if you want to give up now, you can now , I had the value, it wasn't just for the money that I didn't stay in the salon, but also pay almost 350 reais for a painting and still without a brush, for God's sake.

Por isso, optei em Fazer mechas no meu cabelo la, o profissional foi educado, gentil e fez o procedimento certinho, porém acredito que os produtos usados não foram de boa qualidade e sai com o cabelo destruído. Eu faço procedimento de cor no meu cabelo há mais de 10 anos e nunca tive o cabelo tão destruído dessa forma. Frustrante! Pois deixei quase R$ 700 no salão e minimamente eles deveriam trabalhar com produtos melhores.

That's why I chose to make strands in my hair there, the professional was polite, kind and did the procedure right, but I believe that the products used were not of good quality and I left with my hair destroyed. I've been coloring my hair for over 10 years and I've never had my hair so destroyed like this. Frustrating! Because I left almost R$ 700 in the salon and at least they should work with better products.

Minha esposa corta o cabelo com o profissional Jean a mais ou menos um ano e nunca teve problemas. Muito pelo contrário, sempre elogiou o trabalho do mesmo.
Porém hoje, 06/04/202, ele acabou com o cabelo que ela ama.
Durante o inicio do corte, ela ainda advertiu que estava muito curto e o mesmo disse que faria a correção, mas não fez, seguindo cortando mais do que ela havia pedido, inclusive ela levou a referência do próprio corte que ele fez da ultima vez.
Experiência péssima, resultado péssimo, serviço extremamente mal feito e decepcionante.
Agora, quem arca com o prejuízo de se olhar no espelho e não se enxergar, de não se achar bonita ? quem vai cuidar das mexas curtas que nem pegam chapinha ?

During the beginning of the cut, she even noticed that it was too short and he said he would make the correction, but he didn't, continuing to cut more than she had asked, even she took the reference of the cut he made the last time.
Terrible experience, terrible result, extremely poor and disappointing service.
Now, who bears the loss of looking in the mirror and not seeing themselves, of not finding themselves beautiful? who's going to take care of the short curls that don't even get a flat iron?
Seriously... what a disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei o serviço de manicure e pedicure, o salão está sempre cheio então acredito que todas as meninas sejam boas, em especial a Letícia, sempre que vou faço com ela e não tenho do que reclamar. Só acho que eles deviam investir em recepcionistas mais educadas e pacientes, muitas das vezes fazem cara de pouco caso e sem paciência para explicar as coisas, posso dizer que até mal educadas, tem apenas uma que me tratou com cordialidade, mas não me recordo do nome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência super ruim. O profissional que me atendeu não sabe lidar com cabelo cacheado. Acabou com meus cachos, o salão nem se quer tinha ativador de cachos para finalizar o cabelo.
O mínimo que deviam ter feito era falar que não sabem cortar cabelos cacheados. Dei uma estrela pq não tem como dar menos.
Super bad experience. The professional who attended me doesn't know how to deal with curly hair. It ended up with my curls, the salon didn't even have a curl activator to finish the hair.
The least they should have done was say they don't know how to cut curly hair. I gave one star because I can't give less.
