★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa numa loja ruim. Algumas agências tem essa fama de querer dar uma de esperto pra cima do cliente. Mas essa com toda certeza é de longe a pior.
Comprei um carro a 3 meses, pago a vista, após 2 semanas, o carro apresentou problemas, o mesmo me deixou na rua diversas vezes, pois o carro esquentava e simplesmente parava de andar. Fora o cheiro de gasolina. Foi levado na loja por 3 vezes, e na última vez o carro ficou 4 dias la, quando retirei o carro, foi informado que a peça que estava com problema havia sido trocada, o estranho é que não tenho nota desse serviço da troca da peça, muito menos a peça velha, fizeram alguma gambiarra pro carro andar mais algumas semanas e voltar com o mesmo problema, pois obviamente a loja não queria ter nenhum "gasto" com isso.
Resumindo, hoje meu carro está a 1 semana na oficina, para trocar a peça que a agência não trocou e que acabou prejudicando outras peças da carro.
Se for comprar um carro com essa agência, o que não recomendo, já vá sabendo que os mesmos não cumprem com a garantia de motor e câmbio que está no recibo e compra, o que está escrito no recibo é "meramente ilustrativo", a única coisa que funciona na agência é o setor financeiro para receber, o resto do atendimento é pura enrolação.

In short, today my car is 1 week in the workshop, to change the part that the agency did not change and that ended up damaging other parts of the car.
If you are going to buy a car with this agency, which I do not recommend, be aware that they do not comply with the engine and exchange guarantee that is on the receipt and purchase, what is written on the receipt is "merely illustrative", the only The thing that works at the agency is the financial sector to receive, the rest of the service is just bullshit.

Disseram também que iam por uma bateria nova quando comprei, mas não cumpriram com o combinado. Atendem bem na hora de vender... Mas depois, não querem saber dos problemas que o carro dá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJAM DESSA LOJA DE VEÍCULOS E UMA BOMBA FAZER QUALQUER TIPO DE NEGÓCIO, ESTOU ACIONANDO @reclameaqui @procon @defesadoconsumidor e o que mais for preciso , loja péssima , vendem veículos sem fazer nenhuma revisão, estou com sérios problemas com uma Van , já são 10 vezes que levo no mecânico que indicaram fora de mão e sempre volta com mesmo defeito obs: de maio 2020 ate fev. 2021 ... pra cima deles..
