★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Levei com problema de BIOS. Primeiro tentaram tirar vantagem falando que era R$400, e quando questionei mudaram pra R$250. Demorou UM MÊS pra entregar. Quando fui na loja cancelar o serviço devido a tamanha demora, falaram que o técnico levou meu notebook pra casa, o que era mentira. Na verdade terceirizaram o serviço pra uma tal de Hikari Informática (o selo de garantia que veio é da Hikari). Quando finalmente entregaram, o computador veio com peças mal encaixadas, e bateria dando pau. Levei de volta pela garantia e fizeram pouco caso. Garantia não serviu nem pra encaixar as peças direito!! O técnico deve ter usado carregador errado e estragou minha bateria. O que era barato saiu caro. Não recomendo nem pro pior inimigo!
Horrible experience. I took it with a BIOS problem. First they tried to take advantage saying it was R$400, and when I asked, they changed it to R$250. It took ONE MONTH to deliver. When I went to the store to cancel the service due to such a delay, they said that the technician took my notebook home, which was a lie. In fact, they outsourced the service to a person named Hikari Informática (the guarantee seal that came from Hikari). When they finally delivered, the computer came with poorly fitted parts, and the battery failed. I took it back under warranty and they ignored it. Warranty did not even fit the pieces right!! The technician must have used the wrong charger and damaged my battery. What was cheap came out expensive. I don't even recommend it to the worst enemy!
