Péssimo atendimento ao cliente na pós venda.
Não cumprem o prazo acordado no fechamento da compra, para a entrega dos móveis. Um desrespeito ao cliente, pois estava contando com os móveis ainda este final de semana para receber pessoas em casa.
Mais preocupados em fechar metas de venda, do que ter um atendimento de qualidade do começo ao fim da compra, além de não terem palavra.
Perderam um cliente, com toda certeza!
Não dão uma solução ao problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento para a venda simpático e eficiente, contudo o PÓS VENDA parece que é outra loja, não atendem, não dão retorno, não cumpre prazo de entrega, estou decepcionada!
Comprei uma sala de jantar com a previsão na nota de compra( deixando claro que ao contrário do que do o Código de defesa do consumidor, irei informar o PROCON desta prática) Eles não emitem NF no ato da compra que foi paga a vista.
"Olha o prazo máximo é 70 dias para a entrega mas entregaremos antes, porque prezamos o padrão CASA VERDE quem tem 30 anos de mercado" e eu acreditei ??♀️
Os 70 dia já passaram

Friendly and efficient customer service, however AFTER SALES it seems that it is another store, they do not answer, they do not return, they do not meet the delivery deadline, I am disappointed!
I bought a dining room with the forecast on the purchase note (making it clear that contrary to the Consumer Protection Code, I will inform PROCON of this practice) They do not issue invoices at the time of purchase that was paid in cash.
"Look, the maximum deadline is 70 days for delivery but we will deliver before, because we value the CASA VERDE standard who has 30 years in the market" and I believed ??♀️

Foram super atenciosos, a tampa chegou pela transportadora sem nenhum custo e ainda entraram em contato depois para instalar a peça. Com certeza voltaremos a comprar com vocês. Parabéns!
Excellent after sale! I had to replace the drawer cover of a panel that I bought two years ago with them. They were super attentive, the cover arrived by the carrier at no cost and even got in touch afterwards to install the part. We will definitely buy from you again. Congratulations!
