★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirimos um painel para instalar um TV, mas o móvel acabou cedendo, caindo sobre minha noiva, derrubando a TV e o notebook. Entramos em contato com a empresa e a justificativa foi " Trabalho há anos com isso e nunca vi algo assim acontecer, pela quantidade de parafusos e COLA, só se alguém aí forçou o móvel". Engolimos a resposta e chamamos um profissional responsável por montagem destes móveis. A primeira coisa que me foi dito é "NÃO TEM UM PINGO DE COLA AQUI". Mais uma vez, liguei na loja, o representante desta vez disse " a cola já vem da fábrica", claramente, mudou a justificativa, depois, ainda foi irônico e me pediu para informar o montador para "PASSAR LÁ QUE ENSINARIA COMO MONTAR MÓVEIS". No fim das contas, tivemos que arcar com o prejuízo financeiro, o que é de menos, porque, se no lugar da minha noiva estivesse uma criança pequena, o resultado poderia ter sido muito pior, já que o móvel pesa mais do que 100 kgs. Não recomendo .
