Porém não tinha cx adequada e se não fosse a gerente da loja São Carlos, a peça simplesmente estaria sendo entregue em uma sacola de papel sem o devido cuidado.
Embalagem nota ZERO !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pré venda excelente, mas o pós venda (meu sofá apresentou alguns problemas) é HORRÍVEL. Estou aguardando a presença do técnico já faz meses e ninguém entra em contato comigo. Inclusive, já fui até a loja, disseram que entrariam em contato, mas até agora (2 semanas) nada.
Excellent pre-sales service, but the after-sales service (my sofa had some problems) is HORRIBLE. I've been waiting for the technician for months now and no one has contacted me. I even went to the store, they said they would get in touch, but so far (2 weeks) nothing.
