★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezados, adquiri um sofá linha Safira - Ferrari na data do mês 11/2020, Móveis Design Campo GrandeTenho constatado que o estofado do sofá está apresentando afundamento em varias áreas do assento, principalmente nas extremidades e no meio, visto que quando sento no mesmo sinto a estrutura de madeira, o estofado está mole e afunda. Causa-me estranheza visto que o sofá ainda não tinha completados 8 meses de uso , portanto não seria por desgaste de uso. Pesquisei varios sites sobre qualidade de sofás e constatei várias recomendações favoráveis quanto à marca Ferrari, por este motivo comprei, e agora vejo que não condiz com as recomendações, que esta marca apresentaria qualidade e durabilidade durante o uso. Já realizei contato com a loja de Móveis Design inúmeras vezes, por telefone, e-mail, face, zap, sempre respondem que darão retorno e nada, desde julho /2021 busco suporte e nada.
Solicitei várias vezes que desencadeassem providências sem êxito . Total descaso com o cliente. Não recomendo esta loja para compras, o cliente certamente ficará sem suporte se tiver problemas com a mercadoria. Sofá de valor alto e de baixa qualidade. Propaganda enganosa. Produto de péssima qualidade , divulgado na loja como de primeira linha!
Dear, I purchased a sofa line Safira - Ferrari on the date of the month 11/2020, Móveis Design Campo Grande, I have noticed that the upholstery of the sofa is showing sag in several areas of the seat, especially in the ends and in the middle, since when I sit on the same I feel the wooden structure, the upholstery is soft and sinks. It is strange to me since the sofa had not yet completed 8 months of use, so it would not be due to wear and tear. I researched several sites on the quality of sofas and found several favorable recommendations regarding the Ferrari brand, for this reason I bought it, and now I see that it does not match the recommendations, that this brand would present quality and durability during use. I have already made contact with the Móveis Design store numerous times, by phone, email, facebook, zap, they always respond that they will respond and nothing, since July / 2021 I seek support and nothing.
I asked several times to trigger action without success. Total disregard for the customer. I do not recommend this store for shopping, the customer will certainly be left without support if they have problems with the merchandise. Sofa of high value and low quality. Misleading advertising. Poor quality product, advertised in the store as first line!
