Fiz uma compra no site deles de um rack, que no dia seguinte fizeram contato para marcar a entrega, minutos depois fizeram contato dizendo que tinham o mesmo modelo montado e me ofereceram.
Como eu disse que só aceitaria o produto montado se estivesse em perfeitas condições, alegaram que poderiam se responsabilizar e nesse caso eu deveria ir buscar a mercadoria.
Depois me disseram que o rack que eu tinha comprado não tinha mais no estoque e que teria que esperar mais 20 dias para receber, sendo que no site no momento da compra era 3 dias úteis.
Nunca mais compro nessa loja, porque não existe respeito, ética e tem um péssimo atendimento.
O trato com o cliente é o pior possível.
Me causaram um transtorno enorme.

I made a purchase on their website for a rack, which the next day made contact to arrange delivery, minutes later they made contact saying they had the same model assembled and offered it to me.
As I said that I would only accept the assembled product if it was in perfect condition, they claimed that they could take responsibility and in that case I should go get the goods.
Then they told me that the rack I had purchased was no longer in stock and that I would have to wait another 20 days to receive it, whereas on the website at the time of purchase it took 3 business days.
I will never buy from this store again, because there is no respect, ethics and poor customer service.
Customer service is the worst possible.
They caused me a huge inconvenience.
