★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior assistência tecnica que já conheci. Levei meu notebook pra eles arrumarem o teclado, ficaram quase 2 meses com ele, e me devolveram queimado e disseram que não tinha solução. Outra vez comprei um carregador e tive voltar na loja 3 vezes para trocar porque não funcionava. Lamentavel o desleixo com o cliente!
The worst technical assistance I've ever known. I took my notebook for them to fix the keyboard, they spent almost 2 months with it, and they returned it to me burned and said there was no solution. Another time I bought a charger and had to go back to the store 3 times to change it because it didn't work. Regrettable the negligence with the customer!
