★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for hours waiting for a car that was rented and paid for a while, and was supposed to be ready two hours ago. Besides the fact that in any momment any employee said "we are sorry", the option given to me was to get a car that was lower in quality and confort. This is really annoying and for sure I do not recomend them or will never use their service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent the car for two weeks. in Area of Minas Gerrais we had bad look, two tires was broken in same time, on this day on the streets mans cars has flat tires. we phone movida, wait 9 h for help, they don t allowed us to change the tires by ourself, we wait 24 h for a new car. Nobody of the service has the gift to speak englisch,.flat tires: they understand a accident and give us the information we must everything pay, therefore we have a complete Inssurense by Movida and rentalcars.
The service in Conquestador understand nothing.
So we must pay 3300 Real, they book it twice, so 2x 510 Euro for the tires ?. In the area was Flood, streets and dams were broken, we decided not drive back to Bahia and hand back the car in Sao Paulo.
Still 2 Months later we wait that the 3300 Real post back and for the invoice of the tires.
Nobody in Natal or Conquestador or in Sao Paulo have the Kowledge or the information in the PC about this case or the Capacity to speak Englisch well, or Spanisch.
Is this Curruption, 2x 510 Euro ( 2x 3300 euro) fall in the wrong bag.
International people stay away from this Company, i visit Brasil 7 times, but this Company doesent hold up on international rules.
Me deso una Cuenta por favor, porque yo he pagado RENTAL CARS Completo y MOVIDA deduci 420 Euros per la Coche y 2 x 500 Euros por nada. nos esperamos de la dinero desde 3 meses.
Por favor enviar am me una adressa de Service ce Movida, la oficial principal en Sao paulo, probable aqui una persona habla anglais o espangnol
