Tive um acidente, pois um carro bateu na traseira do veículo que aluguei, e precisei substituir o veículo, durante este tempo.
O atendimento no balcão do aeroporto foi ótimo! Desde o aluguel, a substituição do carro e a entrega.
Funcionários prestativos, educados e dispostos a ajudar o cliente 24 hs por dia.
Antes de alugar na Serra Dourada, pesquisei no balcão de todas as locadoras do aeroporto de Natal. A Serra Dourada tinha o melhor preço e o melhor carro disponível!
Fiquei super satisfeito com a prestação do serviço. Quando eu voltar a Natal não precisarei pesquisar sobre aluguel de carros, vou direto na Serra Dourada.
Recomendo a todos! Vocês vão se surpreender.

Não lembro o nome do funcionário que me atendeu no aeroporto quando fui substituir o veículo batido (Grand Siena), mas deve estar registrado, então também deixo um recado aqui para o proprietário da empresa: " o cara foi nota 1000"! I used the Serra Dourada service for 18 days in October 2021.
I had an accident, as a car hit the rear of the vehicle I rented, and I needed to replace the vehicle during this time.
The service at the airport desk was great! From rental, car replacement and delivery.
Helpful staff, polite and willing to help the customer 24 hours a day.
Before renting in Serra Dourada, I researched at the counter of all rental agencies at the Natal airport. Serra Dourada had the best price and the best car available!
I was super satisfied with the service provided. When I get back to Natal I won't need to research car rentals, I'll go straight to Serra Dourada.
I recommend it to everyone! You will be surprised.
