★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com um carro alugado deles desde abril de 2021, preciso lhes falar para esclarecer uma dúvida, estou tentando falar na loja / agencia desde sexta feira (17.12), ja liguei mais de 30 vezes e NINGUEM ATENDE ou RETORNA AS LIGAÇÕES. Ja liguei no 0800 mas para o meu caso mandam eu entrar em contato com a loja..... E AÍ? Insatisfeito com o atendimento, infelizmente o carro que está comigo é convenio com a empresa que eu trabalho, senão, eu ja tinha mudado para o concorrente COM CERTEZA.
 I have a rental car from them since April 2021, I need to talk to them to clear up a question, I've been trying to talk to the store / agency since Friday (17.12), I've called more than 30 times and NO ONE ANSWERS or RETURNS THE CALLS. I've already called 0800 but for my case they send me to get in touch with the store.... AND THERE? Dissatisfied with the service, unfortunately the car I have is an agreement with the company I work for, otherwise I had already switched to the competitor FOR SURE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem loquei na Unidas, depois de estar com meus primos na loja movida, ocorreu que o cadastro deles não aprovou e com a sala cheia nos foi dito "cadastro não aprovado" e os demais que estavam lá nos olharam e nos sentimos muito constrangidos, seguramente a empresa tem as suas regras e pode não aprovar segundo seus critérios, mas está informação com a sala cheia e de modo à todos escutarem igual foi ontem, foi bem ruim, daí de la e loquei na Unidas em meu nome mesmo com motorista adicional e deu tudo certo...
Yesterday I rented at Unidas, after being with my cousins at the moved store, it happened that their registration did not approve and with the room full we were told "registration not approved" and the others who were there looked at us and we felt very embarrassed, surely the company has its rules and it may not approve according to its criteria, but this information is available with a full room and so that everyone can hear it, it was just like yesterday, it was very bad, then from there I rented at Unidas in my name even with an additional driver and everything worked...
