Desta vez, peguei um carro prata, limpo, e fui prestar serviço em uma fazenda ou seja, o carro ficou sujo. No retorno, um atendente chamado Moushe estava procurando pelo em ovo de galinha. Procurando defeito em todo lugar para colocar a culpa no cliente. Sugiro que quando vierem em imperatriz no Maranhão, procurem esse rapaz para fazer a vistoria de retirada de carro pq, na volta, ele vai abrir até motor. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa ofereceu promoções, onde foi feito a reserva, confirmada no site e no app, tudo ok até então, chegando a loja para retirada do veículo a empresa simplesmente cancelou minha reserva sem motivo, não me notificou, perdi meu tempo e dinheiro pois tive que voltar para casa de táxi, eu tenho a teoria que foi cancelado minha reserva por conta do valor que não foi o esperado por eles, já que me enviaram a promoção de alugue 4 dias e pague 3.
The company offered promotions, where the reservation was made, confirmed on the website and in the app, everything ok until then, when I arrived at the store to pick up the vehicle, the company simply canceled my reservation for no reason, did not notify me, I wasted my time and money because I had to return home by taxi, I have the theory that my reservation was canceled because of the value that was not expected by them, since they sent me the promotion of rent 4 days and pay for 3.

Super attentive attendants, impeccable car, fragrant and well taken care of. I had no problems with renting or during the lease. In the next trips I intend to continue renting with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOVIDA IMPERATRIZ/MA - DECEPÇÃO TOTAL, FUNCIONÁRIOS INFLEXÍVEIS E VEÍCULO A DESEJAR
Fiz a contratação de uma categoria a qual na entrega do veículo alguns acessórios não estavam funcionando quando era para funcionar. Solicitei que a colaboradora verificasse a troca de veículo e a mesma de bate pronto respondeu que não tinha veículo para trocar, informei que se fosse uma categoria acima não teria problema que pagaria a diferença mas, ela disse que não sem se dar o trabalho de verificar. Falei que se fosse o caso aguardaria alguma devolução se tivesse para chegar e mais uma vez ela negou sem analisar a possibilidade ou fazer qualquer verificação.
No aeroporto quando foi me buscar, a motorista ficou dentro do veículo e em nenhum momento ofereceu ajuda com a bagagem. Estava com 2 malas grandes e sozinha com muito custo coloquei no veículo.
Equipe extremamente inflexível e detalhista para devolução do veículo, já na entrega pode ir sujo, com equipamentos que não funcionam e retrovisor interno que não segura, qualquer buraco sai da .
Na entrega o veículo por fora "aparentemente" limpo mas, por dentro sujo e na entrega não se preocupe que terá cobrança de lavagem mesmo que seja apenas poeira que só dá pra ver se chegar bem pertinho do carro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos sérios problemas com a locação do carro da movida.
Alugamos o carro por 13 dias para viajar até as chapadas das mesas.
O carro (mobi branco) desligou do nada 4X, ele apitava e ligava a luz da injeção e parava.
Em uma das vezes estávamos na estrada e um caminhão atrás da gente em alta velocidade e o carro simplesmente desliga.. imagina nosso desespero.
Ligamos na assistência da movida , eles informaram que teriamos que levar o carro até a loja (300km), iríamos perder 2 dias das nossas férias.
Percebemos também, o som que não funcionava, a borracha do lado do motorista saindo..a porta de trás entra água quando chove, molhando todo o banco.
O carro estava podre, eu não entendo como uma loja aluga um carro deses e coloca a vida de seus clientes em risco.
Não desejo o que passamos a ninguém.
Vou colocar fotos do carro, por favor não aluguem ele.
Para finalizar com chave de ouro na hora de devolver o carro, eram 15:08hs de domingo, olhamos no google e o horário de funcionamento estava até as 18hs.. ao chegarmos as 15:08hs a loja estava fechada, liguei e falei com Luiz que disse q teríamos que esperar e devolver o carro dia seguinte, somos de SP, como perderiamos nosso voo ?
Os funcionários poderiam ser mais instruídos em falar sobre o horário de domingo.
Sempre alugamos carro com outras empresas (unidas e localiza) e nunca tivemos problemas.
Movida foi a primeira vez e NUNCA MAIS !!!
We had serious problems with renting the movida's car.
We rented the car for 13 days to travel to the table tops.
The car (white mobi) turned off out of nowhere 4X, it beeped and turned on the injection light and stopped.
In one of the times we were on the road and a truck behind us at high speed and the car just turns off.. imagine our despair.
We called the movida assistance, they informed us that we would have to take the car to the store (300km), we would lose 2 days of our vacation.
We also noticed, the sound that didn't work, the rubber on the driver's side coming out..the back door gets water when it rains, wetting the whole seat.
The car was rotten, I don't understand how a store rents a car like that and puts its customers' lives at risk.
I don't wish what we went through on anyone.
I'll post pictures of the car, please don't rent it.
To finish with a golden key when returning the car, it was 3:08 pm on Sunday, we looked on google and the opening hours were until 6 pm.. when we arrived at 3:08 pm the store was closed, I called and spoke to Luiz who said we would have to wait and return the car the next day, we are from SP, how would we miss our flight?
Employees could be more educated in talking about Sunday hours.
We always rent a car with other companies (united and localized) and we never had any problems.
Moved was the first time and NEVER AGAIN!!!
