★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, e falta de informações. Falta de respeito com consumidor que paga caro no frete. E por conta da Pandemia eles sempre tem uma desculpa pra não entrega. Faz mais de 15 dias que espero uma encomenda, e não consegui retirar porque informaram que quadro de funcionários está reduzido. Sendo que recebi informações que aos sábados funciona normal, como está na descrição da página #ABERTO.
Pessimo service, and lack of information. Lack of respect for consumers who pay dearly for shipping. And because of the Pandemic they always have an excuse for not delivering. I have been waiting for an order for more than 15 days, and I was unable to withdraw it because they reported that the staff is reduced. Since I received information that on Saturdays it works normal, as it is in the description of the page #ABERTO.

Worst experience anyone can have with a service, it starts with the lack of access to query the object, I don't know how this LATAM still exists, nothing in it works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente a encomenda chega rápido, alias é aéreo, porem atendimento por telefone é horrível, esse numero nem sequer atende, no site é uma raridade conseguir rastrear algo, ai para saber se a encomenda chegou tem que deslocar até o aeroporto só para ter a informação e as vezes nem está lá...
The order really arrives fast, alias it's air, but the phone service is horrible, this number doesn't even answer, on the website it's a rarity to be able to track something, then to know if the order has arrived you have to go to the airport just to get the information and sometimes it's not even there...
